Lightweight

How do I get started?
Is there a minimum order?
No. There's no minimum order quantity, so you can order a single gaiter. Bulk pricing kicks in at 5 or more items and is based on your total item count — so you can mix sizes, weights, and designs and still qualify.
Do you charge any design or setup fees?
No. Our pricing is all-inclusive — no setup fees, no design fees, and free shipping on US orders over $50.
What materials and weights do you offer?
Three options. Lightweight is a breathable, moisture-wicking polyester microfiber, ideal for warm weather and cardio. Midweight is a polyester-elastane blend about double the thickness, warm enough for skiing yet breathable enough for t-shirt weather. Heavyweight is a fleece-like 90% polyester, 10% spandex blend that stays cozy well below freezing, with an adjustable elastic drawstring for a no-slip fit.
What sizes do you offer, and how do I choose?
We offer Extra Small, Small, Medium, and Large. As a guide: Extra Small fits kids 4–9 (lightweight only); Small fits kids 10+, women, and smaller men; Medium fits most adults; and Large is best for larger men or bigger heads and necks. Our heavyweight gaiter's adjustable drawstring fits most teens and adults.
Will the print fade, peel, or crack?
No. Our full-color prints come out clean, crisp, and true to color, and they won't peel or crack and are highly fade-resistant. Logo and brand color matching is available too.
Do your gaiters offer sun (UV) protection?
Yes. Every Deco gaiter is UPF 50+, blocking the large majority of UV rays, and the moisture-wicking fabric helps keep you cool. That makes them a great choice for fishing, being out on the water, and summer work in the sun — the lightweight style is the most breathable for hot weather.
What can I put on my gaiter?
Anything you like — gaiters are 100% customizable in full color. Add text, logos, and photos, or start from one of our preset designs and make it your own.
How long does it take to get my order?
Standard orders are printed in Fort Payne, AL with a 5–7 business day turnaround from order to delivery. Expedited shipping is available if you need them sooner.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is free on US orders over $50. Expedited shipping is available for an additional fee.
Do you offer bulk pricing for teams and businesses?
Yes. Discounts are tiered starting at 5+ items and increase with quantity, based on your total item count. For very large orders (500+), pricing is produced overseas with a 4–5 week lead time — contact sales for details.
Do you outfit work crews, teams, and departments?
Absolutely — it's a big part of what we do. We supply custom gaiters to construction, landscaping, and parks & rec crews, government and public-works teams, and police and fire departments, as well as sports teams and clubs. There's no minimum order, bulk discounts start at 5+, and we offer logo and brand color matching plus per-item personalization.
Can I personalize each gaiter individually?
Yes. Individual personalization is $2 per item. For larger orders where every gaiter is different, contact our sales team and we'll help you set it up.
What's your return and exchange policy?
Because every gaiter is custom and made to order, we can't accept standard returns. If the fit isn't right, though, we do offer size exchanges within 10 days of your order for a fee — contact us and we'll take care of it.
Can someone help me with my design?
Yes. We offer limited free design assistance — we won't create a logo from scratch, but we can help make an existing logo or photo look great on your gaiter. Get in touch and describe what you're after.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship almost everywhere. Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties or additional taxes on arrival.
