Is there a minimum order?
No. There's no minimum order quantity, so you can order a single pair. Volume discounts also apply automatically as you add more to your cart, based on your total item count — so you can mix sizes, designs, and even products (slides, socks, and gaiters) and still qualify.
Do you charge any design or setup fees?
No. We don't charge design or setup fees — the price you see is the all-in price (sales tax applies in some states).
What are Deco Slides made of?
The outsoles are springy, durable PU rubber, and the straps are polyester backed with neoprene for a no-chafe, cushioned feel. They're waterproof and highly fade-resistant.
Are Deco Slides comfortable?
Yes — the feel is most similar to Adidas Adilettes, but with more cushioning in the straps.
What sizes do you offer?
Slides are sold in full US sizes and run true to size, with men's, women's, and youth options. If you're between sizes or unsure of your US size, UK, EU, and AU conversion charts are available in the customizer before you order.
How do the swappable straps and extra straps work?
Deco Slides come in two parts: our patented outsoles and fully customizable cushioned straps. The straps swap in and out, so you can match any outfit or occasion. Buy "Slides" to get both the outsoles and a pair of straps, or "Extra Straps" to add more pairs at a fraction of the cost — just order straps in the same size as your soles.
Can I put my logo on the soles?
Customization happens on the straps, not the soles — the soles themselves aren't customizable. Every pair comes with the Deco logo embossed on the bottom.
Can I add a glitter, metallic, or embroidered logo?
No. We customize using dye sublimation, which gives full-color, fade-resistant prints, but we don't offer glitter or metallic finishes, embroidery, or screen printing.
How long does it take to get my order?
Typically 5–7 business days from order to delivery (about 3 business days of production plus 3–5 days of shipping). Expedited shipping is available if you need them sooner — in a rush, we can sometimes deliver in as few as 2 business days.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is free on US orders over $50. Expedited shipping is available for an additional fee.
What's your return and exchange policy?
Because every pair is custom and made to order, we can't accept standard returns. If the fit isn't right, though, we do offer size exchanges within 10 days of your order for a fee — contact us and we'll take care of it.
Can someone help me with my design?
Yes. We offer limited free design assistance — we won't create a logo from scratch, but we can help make an existing logo or photo look great on your slides. Get in touch and describe what you're after.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship almost everywhere. Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties or additional taxes on arrival.
