Is there a minimum order for custom team socks?
No. There's no minimum order quantity — order a single pair or outfit a full roster. Volume discounts apply automatically starting at 5 pairs.
Can I mix sizes in one order?
Yes. Add smalls and larges to the same order in whatever combination your roster needs, and the volume discount is based on your total item count.
Can each player have their own name or number?
Yes. Individual personalization is $2 per item. For larger orders where every pair is different, contact our sales team and we'll help you set it up.
Can you match our team colors and logo?
Yes. Upload your logo in the designer and use any colors you like — the 3D preview shows exactly how it will print. If you need help matching brand or school colors precisely, our team is happy to assist.
What kind of socks are they?
We make a crew (mid-calf) sock in a 95% polyester, 5% spandex blend with reinforced toes and heels. It's a versatile length that works for basketball, volleyball, warm-ups, spirit wear, and everyday team gear. We don't currently offer knee-high or stirrup lengths.
Will they arrive before our season starts?
Typically 4–6 business days from order to delivery, including production and standard shipping. In a rush before a tournament or team photos? Expedited shipping can get them to you in as few as 2 business days.
How do reorders work when new players join?
Your design is saved to your account, so you can reorder any quantity — even a single pair for a mid-season addition — without recreating anything.
